HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. chicken, cooked
2 c. celery, sliced or diced
1 c. slivered almonds
3 tsp. minced onions
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Accent
2 c. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients, pour in 3 quart casserole. Top with 1 cup crushed potato chips and 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese. Bake only 15 minutes in 425 degree oven to heat through.
