EGG NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. yellow onion, diced
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 lg. can pitted olives and juice
1 lg. can creamed corn
1/2 lb. egg noodles, uncooked
Parmesan cheese

Brown the meat and onion in large pot. Then add tomato with chopped parsley, olives and juice and creamed corn. Allow to come to a boil, then add raw noodles and allow to cook for 2 minutes. Put in greased casserole and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 6.
