FISH PIQUANTE 
Halibut filet
White wine
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
3 to 4 chopped green onions with green ends
Bread crumbs

Place halibut in wine (to cover) and 1 teaspoon salt and let stand for at least 2 hours. Dip fish in bread crumbs and place on baking dish. Mix mayonnaise and sour cream and onion together. Spread over top of fish.

Place in preheated oven (450 degrees) for 15 minutes or until fish flakes off. You can garnish with paprika.
