1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9x13 inch pan. In large bowl, combine cake mix, milk, butter and egg. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts (batter will be very thick). Spread in prepared pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool completely; cut into bars.
