SAUCE FOR GRILLED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 egg
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
1/8 tsp. leaf thyme, crumbled
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch of paprika

Combine all of the above ingredients in a small bowl a few hours in advance. If refrigerated, whip a few seconds before using.
