SEAFOOD LASAGNA | |
1 lb. crab legs, chopped 1 lb. shrimp, chopped 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. onions 1 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1/3 c. milk 1 pkg. lasagna noodles 2 tbsp. basil 1 egg Salt and pepper to taste 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. wine Chop seafood small and put in 1/2 cup wine and 1/3 cup milk. Set aside. Mix cottage cheese and cream cheese, 1 egg, basil and salt and pepper. Set aside. Saute onions in butter. Then remove from heat and add cream cheese mixture. Layer as follows: noodles, 1/3 of cream cheese mix, 3/4 of can of soup, 1/3 seafood (drain out most of juice from seafood). Repeat these layers 2 more times. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let set 10-15 minutes. |
