SHRIMP IN A SHELL CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked shell macaroni
2 lbs. shrimp, cook in water and butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of shrimp soup
8 oz. mushrooms, chopped and drained
1/2 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lbs. cooked shrimp
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Dash cayenne pepper
1 tsp. bread crumbs

Place cooked shells and cooked shrimp in 3 quart casserole. Set aside. Saute onions and parsley in butter for 3 minutes. Add soup, cream, mushrooms, half of cheese and salt and pepper. Pour mixture over shrimp and shells. Over top, sprinkle remaining cheese and bread crumbs. Cook in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes.
