BARBEQUE BEEF TONGUE 
1 whole beef tongue (3-4lbs)
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (I use either Bullseye original, or Sweet Baby Ray's original)

Place tongue in large pot of water and bring to a low boil for about 4 hours until tender. (You will have to add more water a few times so don't walk away too long from it).

Remove from water and peel off skin from tongue. Slice 1/2" thick pieces and place in a frying pan and add a good amount of BBQ sauce. Simmer for a few minutes to heat sauce.

Serve. It's great with mashed potatoes.
