TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
3 c. apples, cubed with skins
4 c. mini marshmallows
1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained (save)
1 c. Spanish peanuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip

Combine below ingredients with the pineapple juice. Heat and stir until thickens and let cool.

1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 well beaten egg

Combine heated mixture with Cool Whip - then combine with fruit, marshmallows and nuts. Refrigerate.
