CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
5 cooked chicken breasts (de-boned) chopped
6 oz. cooked spaghetti
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter
1 green pepper
4 oz. pimento
4 oz. sliced drained mushrooms
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Melt butter in skillet and cook green pepper. Add flour and stir. Add milk, mushrooms, soups, cheddar cheese, chicken and cooked spaghetti. Pour into 13x9-inch casserole dish. Top with grated cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 mins.
