SAUCY APPLE SWIRL CAKE 
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. (17 oz.) Pillsbury yellow cake mix
1 2/3 c. (1 lb. jar) applesauce
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend sugar and cinnamon. Grease 10 inch Bundt or tube pan and dust with about 1 tablespoon of sugar-cinnamon mixture; save remainder for cake. Blend cake mix, applesauce and eggs until moistened. Beat as directed on package. Reserve 1 1/2 cups batter. Pour remaining batter into pan. Sprinkle with remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture; then top with reserved batter.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until done. Cool cake in pan, top-side up, for 15 minutes. Then invert on serving plate.
