1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Miniature peanut butter cups

Mix together and chill (except the peanut butter cups). Place walnut size balls in greased miniature muffin tins - 1 ball in each. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.

Press one tiny peanut butter cup into hot cookie still in pan. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Peanut butter cookie dough may be used. Slice dough in 1 inch slices and cut into quarters.
