TEMPURA RECIPE 
1 c. cold water (refrigerated water, 41 degrees)
1 egg
1 tbsp. rice wine (use white wine for substitute)
1 1/2 c. sifted flour

STEP 1: Mix egg in a bowl with cold water thoroughly using a whisk.

STEP 2: Add wine and flour and mix lightly. (Do not over mix.)

STEP 3: Heat light vegetable oil at 350 degrees.

STEP 4: Dip following ingredients in the batter mixture and deep fry until golden brown.

Fish fillet

Shrimp

Sliced carrot

Sliced onion

Sliced sweet potato

Sliced acorn squash

Mushroom

Green beans

Pimiento

Okra.
