TEX - MEX CHILI 
2 lb. hamburger (cook & drain)
2 lg. green peppers, chopped
2-3 onions, slightly browned or raw
3-6 cloves garlic (slightly brown)
4-8 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. salt
19 oz. kidney beans, drained
25 oz. can tomato sauce

Everything goes into 1 large Dutch oven on top of stove and simmers 30-45 minutes. This dish is hot and spicy. Tone down by cutting amount of jalapeno peppers and chili powder. Serves 4-6.
