ANN'S HOMEMADE PIE CRUST | |
3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. shortening 1 egg 1 tbsp. vinegar 6 tbsp. water Partially mix flour, salt and shortening. Do not over mix! Beat egg with fork. Add vinegar and water. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. If not used right away, place in saran wrap and freeze. Makes 7 inch pie crust. |
