ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 c. rye flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. unpeeled, shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil

Mix together all ingredients and pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
