24 HOUR LAYER SALAD 
1 med. head lettuce
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 (6 oz.) can chopped water chestnuts
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. (2 oz) grated Parmesan cheese
Cherry tomatoes
Bacon bits
Chopped parsley

Shred lettuce into bottom of 9 x 13 dish. Top with the onion, celery, and water chestnuts (sprinkle). Top with frozen (uncooked) peas. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper. Spread over salad like a frosting.
