1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 sm. chocolate instant pudding
1 lg. vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix butter, flour and nuts and press into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, let cool. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar, fold in 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Mix puddings with 3 cups milk (both puddings). When it starts to thicken spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with other 1/2 of Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
