VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
16 oz. bag broccoli
16 oz. bag crinkle cut carrots
16 oz. bag cauliflower
1 stick melted butter
1 roll (tube) Ritz crackers
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook vegetables separate and drain. Layer broccoli, carrots, cauliflower. Cover vegetables with sliced Velveeta. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top of cheese. Pour melted butter over crushed crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until cheese is melted. Bake in a 13x9 glass dish.
