SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder

TOPPING:

1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Cream butter, sugar, eggs and sour cream. Add vanilla and salt. Fold in cake flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Grease and flour Angel Food cake pan or Bundt pan. Put 1/2 batter in pan, sprinkle with 1/2 topping. Add remaining batter and remaining topping. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
