1 1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate bits
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Mix corn flake crumbs with sugar and butter. Press into a 13"x9" pan. Scatter chocolate bits over crust. Spread coconut flakes evenly and then the nut meats. Pour condensed milk evenly over top of mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes until edges are light brown. Cut when cool.
