CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
1 whole chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
3 to 6 scallions, sliced diagonally
1 can LaChoy Crispy Noodles
4 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper, ground
2 to 3 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil

Combine vinegar, sugar, pepper and salt. Cook until sugar dissolved. Cool and add 1/2 cup salad oil. Put dressing on salad immediately before serving.
