ADOBE CHICKEN STEW 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 cans (10 oz. each) tomatoes in juice, undrained
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. thawed frozen corn
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/8 tsp. pepper

1. Heat oil in medium-size saucepan over medium heat. Add onion; saute 3 minutes. Add garlic; saute 1 minute.

2. Add tomatoes with juice, chicken, corn, cinnamon, salt, cloves, cumin and pepper. Bring to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
