DEVILED TUNA CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. minced onion
1/2 c. fine cut celery
3 tbsp. minced green pepper
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. tomato juice
1 (9 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. peas
2 c. flaked tuna
1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
Buttered crumbs

Cook onion, celery, peppers in butter until soft. Add flour. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until smooth and slightly thickened. Add tomato juice, noodles, peas, tuna and olives.

Pour into greased casserole. Cover with buttered crumbs. Bake in 420 degree oven for 20 minutes or until brown and hot. Serves 10.
