COLLEEN'S SPICY MEATBALLS | |
1 lb. ground beef Salt and pepper 1/2 c. chopped onions 1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional) 1 c. crushed crackers 1/2 c. milk Form into balls. Then mix together 1/2 cup vinegar, 6 tablespoons sugar, 1 cup catsup, 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. Pour over meatballs and bake uncovered approximately 60 to 70 minutes at 350 degrees. Double recipe for a 9 x 12 inch baking dish. |
