EASY PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 can pineapple, crushed with juice

Bake at 350-400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
