EASY PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 eggs
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained (20 oz.)
2 c. flour
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts

In large mixing bowl beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add crushed pineapple, flour, sugar and baking soda. Mix these ingredients well by hand. If you use an electric mixer, too much air gets beaten in and cake may fall. Stir in nuts and spread contents of bowl into ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes in 350 degree oven until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
