VEGETABLE SALAD 
Bunch of broccoli and cauliflower
2 green onions
2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour ream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. garlic powder (or less)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. frozen peas

Chop broccoli, cauliflower and onion. Add other ingredients and mix. Make the day before. Keeps well in refrigerator, up to 7 days.
