CRAB CAKES 
1 can lump crabmeat (pinch out shells)
1 egg
1 slice bread, pull out in sm. pieces
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. butter

Mix above ingredients together and gently mold into cakes. Put into refrigerator to chill until time to cook. Fry in butter until lightly browned on one side, turn and brown other side - 5 minutes. Remove and serve immediately. If desired, crab cakes can be broiled in oven.
