BROCCOLI CASSEROLE SUPREME 
1 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked and cut in 1 inch pieces
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 sm. red sweet pepper, chopped (or 2 oz. jar sliced pimentos)
3/4 c. sour cream
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine ingredients except cheese and place in buttered casserole. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
