HONEY COCONUT 
1/4 c. creamed honey
3/4 c. coconut
2 tbsp. nonfat dry milk

Mix honey and dry milk, stir in coconut. Press into buttered dish, refrigerate until cold, cut into squares.

Variation: Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Balls may be formed and rolled in finely chopped coconut or nuts. Yield: 12 pieces.
