CHEESE CAKE SQUARES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 tubes crescent rolls
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

Blend room temperature cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla, and sugar until smooth. Grease 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Spread 1 tube crescent roll on bottom of glass pan. Spread cream cheese mixture on dough. Spread dough of remaining tube of crescent roll on top. Brush with egg white. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares and place in cupcake liners.
