BANANA SPLIT CAKE 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
1/4 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pineapple, drained
4 bananas
1 large container Cool Whip
1/2 c. pecans, chopped in small pieces
8 to 10 cherries, cut in small pieces

1st layer: In a 3-quart glass dish, mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Press in dish. 2nd layer: Beat cream cheese, eggs, powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour over graham cracker mixture. 3rd Layer: Spoon pineapple over cake. 4th layer: Slice bananas. Top Layer: Spread Cool Whip. Sprinkle nuts on top. Cut cherries into 1/4 pieces. Place on top of Cool Whip.
