RUTH'S CHURCH SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 can chicken and rice soup (undiluted)
Red pepper (scant)
1 c. chopped celery
Chopped olives (10 cents a jar) Ha! Ha!
2 sm. cans tuna fish

Combine Jello and boiling water. While still hot add soup, pepper, celery, olives and tuna fish. Mix all ingredients. Chill.
