SKILLET SAUTEED SALMON 
I came up with this when a local restaurant stopped servings salmon. We love it.

1 salmon fillet
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. chicken bouillon (I use Better than Bouillon)
garlic powder, to taste
seasoned salt, to taste (Lawry's)

Melt butter in skillet. Add bouillon and garlic powder. Mix well.
Add in salmon & cook to your preference. Season to taste.
