HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds (toasted)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
2 tsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix first 8 ingredients together and pile in baking casserole. Sprinkle on cheese, then cover with potato chips. Bake in hot (425 degree) oven for 15 minutes.
