DARIN'S DELICIOUS FAJITAS 
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/3 c. lime juice
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. sugar (optional)
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cumin
3 cloves garlic
2 lbs. tenderized skirt steak
Fiesta fajita seasoning

Combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, lime juice, chopped onion, sugar, dried oregano, salt, pepper, cumin, and garlic in shallow container; mix well. Add meat; turn to coat both sides. Sprinkle with seasoning. Cover and refrigerate 24 to 48 hours. (Best if refrigerated 48 hours!) Remove steak and drain.
