REUBEN-BE-QUICKS 
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, crumbled
5 stuffed green olives
1 c. sauerkraut, drained
Hot pepper sauce
5 slices American cheese

Separate biscuit dough into 10. roll out to 5 inch circles on a greased cookie sheet. Spoon 3 or 4 tablespoons meat on each of 5 biscuits. Slice olives. Spoon 2 or 3 tablespoons sauerkraut on each. Press filling together to form a mound. Add a few drops hot pepper sauce. Top each with a slice of cheese. Top with remaining biscuits. Seal edges with fork. Cut 2 - 3/4 slits crosswise. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
