1/2 roll Pillsbury cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 to 1 1/2 qt. strawberries
4 to 5 bananas
5 to 6 kiwifruit
1 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2/3 c. sugar

Press out cookie dough onto pizza pan. Bake until lightly brown, cool. Mix cream cheese, white sugar, vanilla in medium bowl by hand. Spread over cookie dough. Take strawberries, bananas and kiwi fruit and spread over dessert.

Mix orange juice, salt, cornstarch, sugar in saucepan. Boil 1 minute until thick and then cool. Pour over Dessert Dish. Bake at 350 degrees.
