DEVILED STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
24 mushrooms (1 1/2 inch caps)
1 (4 1/4 oz.) can Underwood deviled ham
3 tbsp. minced onions
Dash of steak sauce
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
24 Melba toast rounds

Wash mushrooms, remove stem. Chop stems fine, mix with deviled ham, onion, steak sauce and bread crumbs. Fill caps with ham mixture mounding slightly. Place in shallow pan. Broil slowly for 15 minutes. Serve each on small Melba toast rounds. Makes 24 stuffed mushrooms.
