HAM CABBAGE POTATOES (3 HOURS) 
1 sm. smoked ham
1 med. head cabbage
6 med. potatoes, peeled

Place ham in 4 quart pan. Add 4 cups water. Cover with tight lid. Cook on medium heat for 2 hours. Quarter cabbage, place in pan with ham; cover; cook 1/2 hour, on medium heat. (Make sure you maintain water level). Place potatoes in pan with ham and cabbage; cover and cook 1/2 hour on medium heat.

Serve in separate bowls (ham on platter) with remaining juice as gravy.
