ENCHILADAS 
Hamburger (1 lb.)
Taco seasoning
Corn tortillas
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 lb. cheddar cheese
1 can tomato sauce, (4 oz.)
1 can water

Sautee meat in skillet. Drain grease. Mix taco seasoning with meat. Pour 1/2 of meat mixture in bowl. Grate cheese and put 1/2 in bowl with meat. Soak tortillas in hot grease quickly until soft and stack on plate. Roll cheese and meat mixture in tortillas and arrange in a deep baking dish. Make a gravy mix to pour over top by adding 1 can tomato sauce into meat remaining in skillet. Put water in can and stir and add to skillet. Pour gravy over tortillas. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top (also onions as desired). Cook at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Don't cook to long or tortilla shells will be hard.
