ECLAIR CAKE 
1 c. water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs

Boil water and butter; remove from heat. Add flour and beat with wooden spoon. Add eggs, one at a time and beat with spoon until smooth. Spread on greased 17 x 11 inch cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until light brown. Crust will be puffed up, just push it down.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. milk
2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 sm. container Cool Whip
Hershey Chocolate Syrup

Cream, cream cheese and add milk slowly until well blended. Add vanilla pudding and beat for 3 minutes. Spread on crust and top with Cool Whip. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top.
