HILLBILLY BEANS 
1 can lima beans
1 can pork & beans
1 can split peas
1 can Brooks hot chili beans
1 can soup beans
1 to 2 lbs. fresh sausage
Seasonings: Cajun seasoning or Creole seasoning, pepper, hot sauce, garlic

Crumble sausage in skillet and brown. Drain. Combine beans and sausage. Add seasonings to your individual taste - some like it hot!!

NOTE: Any kind of beans will work. Just use 4 to 6 cans of beans. Fresh hot sausage may be used if you like it hot.
