BAKED SAUSAGE AND BACON 
1 lb. sausage
1 lb. bacon

Arrange sausage and bacon on a broiler pan or on a wire rack in a jelly roll pan (or on the bacon rack in your microwave oven). Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn and bake on other side for 15 minutes more. Drain on paper towel and keep warm until ready to serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
