STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
7 slices bread, cubed
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
6 slices cubed bread
12 eggs
2 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup
Cinnamon

Put cubed bread in lightly greased bottom of 9x13 inch casserole dish. Cube cream cheese and drop on top of the bread. Put 6 slices cubed bread on top. Beat eggs. Add milk, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Pour over bread slowly. Add sausage, if desired. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight. Pop in oven in the morning at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Serves 8.
