1 bunch broccoli
1 head cauliflower
3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. dried onions
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. Bacon Bits

Cut up vegetables in a large bowl. In a medium bowl mix remaining ingredients until creamy. Pour over vegetables and let cool.
