DELICIOUS VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can French style green beans
1 can shoepeg corn
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick butter
Stack Ritz crackers

Drain beans and corn. Mix together all ingredients except crackers and butter. Pour into casserole. Crumble crackers and mix with melted butter. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

If doubling recipe, place in 10 x 13 inch casserole.
