GOLDEN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. light corn syrup
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pecan halves for top of pie
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans (course)

In medium bowl beat eggs slightly. Beat in the next 6 ingredients (light syrup, dark syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt). Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool. Serves 8.
