SALSA 
16 c. tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 c. Jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 1/4 c. vinegar
2 c. water
1 lg. onion
2/3 c. oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. chili powder
2 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
6 garlic cloves
2 pkgs. taco seasoning
4 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste

I chopped my tomatoes in a blender. Drain the juice off of Jalapeno peppers and use as part of the 2 1/4 cup measurement for vinegar. Combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, simmer 1 hour. Process 30 minutes in cold water bath. Makes about 13 pints.
